Instructions for International Orders For international shipments, the following rules and restrictions apply:

Step 1: Place your order at Eclipse by clicking a secure shopping cart button.

Step 2: In the notes section, please enter the country or any other information that we may need to process the order.

Step 3: We will review the order and we will send you an email to confirm total amount, including shipping.

Step 4: Enter your credit card info with billing addresses outside of the United States or you may send us an international money order or cashier's check in American dollars for the total amount of the order. We do not accept bank to bank transfers.

We ship all orders outside of the United States and Canada by UPS International or Parcel Post Surface Mail (4-6 weeks) or Air Mail (1-2 weeks). We do not guarantee that any order is processed through customs. It is your responsibility to comply with current government regulations or laws applicable in your country. Shipments are subject to inspection and possible delay by customs officials or representatives of other government agencies.

We will not accept any returns, and we will not refund any lost orders outside of the United States. However, we will make a claim with UPS, and we will provide any refunds only if we receive payment from UPS or U.S. Postal Service.
