to Basics You
might be wondering why I'm saying back to basics, but I have been fighting
a bad case of sciatica for about a year and a half now. This is why
I
have not been competing for the last two seasons. I injured my back at
work blowing out my L5 disc with a severe bulge pressing against my
nerve.
I have been through therapy, all kinds of anti-inflammatory pills, and
epidural shots in the spine to relieve the severe pain. My training
has
been more or less nonexistent or sporadic at best. The past couple of
months the back has felt better and my training more consistent, along
with my supplementation program. My supplement program for about a
year
has been a Complex 24 twice a day and thats it. So now its
like starting over again with the things you know that work. Using Eclipse
Sport Supplements exclusively, this is my daily supplement program while
I am getting back into the groove again. |
